Since 1967, Aragawa has served one thing better than anywhere else: exceptional beef. What began in Tokyo as a single-minded pursuit of the finest Tajima Wagyu has now arrived in Mayfair, and we’d like to invite you to experience it over lunch.
Our new Signature Lunch is designed for those who appreciate substance without ceremony. Three courses, no shortcuts, built around 39-month aged Tajima Wagyu rump from Nishizawa Farm in Hyogo. It is, quite simply, some of the finest beef you will eat in London.

Japanese Red Snapper Sashimi
The experience begins with a light amuse, followed by a Scottish smoked salmon salad with rocket and cream cheese dressing.
Clean, precise, and entirely seasonal – this is Japanese simplicity at its most considered.

Tajima Wagyu Rump, Nishizawa Farm, 39 Months
Everything at Aragawa leads here. Tajima Wagyu, the most revered lineage of Japanese beef, raised in Hyogo prefecture – prepared simply to let the depth of flavour speak for itself. At 39 months, the marbling and intensity are remarkable.
Accompany the Wagyu with seasonal sides: Japanese spinach, mixed Asian mushrooms, ratte potatoes cooked in Wagyu fat, or our signature lobster mash.
