This Thursday 15th , Friday 16th, and Saturday 17th of May, Aragawa invites you to celebrate World Whisky Day with an exclusive dining experience that pays homage to the rich tradition of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. In collaboration with the iconic House of Suntory, we are proud to present a specially curated menu that thoughtfully infuses and complements each dish with the refined flavours of Japan’s most celebrated whiskies. Our Executive Chef has meticulously crafted each course to highlight the elegant and complex notes of Suntory’s finest expressions, offering a culinary journey that is as luxurious as it is unforgettable.

The experience begins with a trio of beautifully crafted appetisers, followed by a refreshing Yuzu Ginger Fizz made with Hibiki whisky, designed to cleanse the palate and prepare you for the exquisite courses ahead. The menu features highlights such as our signature Tajima Beef Tataki paired with an onion purée delicately infused with Hibiki Harmony, and our famous Tajima steak, perfectly grilled and served with a rich Yamazaki Distillers Reserve peppercorn sauce. To enhance the main course, guests will enjoy a carefully curated Yamazaki whisky flight, including the prestigious 12-Year-Old and 18-Year-Old expressions.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate mousse, mascarpone, and truffle honey dessert, complemented by Hakushu 12-Year-Old single malt and the elegant Junsuina Delight cocktail.
